Booking Process
Delegates can contact us directly, quoting “Rotary 2027” to secure one of the limited packages. A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance payable 14 days before arrival.
Each Rotary Delegate Package includes:
• 3 nights’ accommodation in the heart of Mudgee CBD
• Half-day private wine tour for up to 7 guests
• Cheese platter on arrival
• Bottle of local Mudgee wine
• Late checkout on departure day

We have multiple complete experience packages available, allowing groups to stay and enjoy Mudgee together.
This offering is particularly suited to delegates arriving on Thursday and departing Sunday, or extending through to Monday to fully enjoy the region beyond conference commitments.
